L-shaped modular power with a dedicated USB and fan hub
EDGE Platinum V2 combines an L-shaped fully modular ATX 3.1 power supply with an included EDGE hub. The connector-facing layout is designed for dual-chamber cases. Its 80 PLUS, Cybenetics and PPLP Platinum certifications describe efficiency; the selected wattage remains a separate system-planning choice. Selected finish: Black.
Access the connectors in a dual-chamber layout
The L-shaped body moves modular sockets outward to make connections easier to reach in the intended chassis layout. Check mounting clearance and routing space in your own case; an ATX designation alone does not guarantee a suitable arrangement.
USB and PWM expansion through the included hub
The EDGE hub uses two USB hub chips to distribute devices across separate paths. L-Connect 3 provides per-port monitoring. Its six PWM fan connections are rated up to 2A each. USB headers and downstream signals are not interchangeable counts, so check the exact hub specification for the devices you plan to attach.

Cooling and a visible cleaning reminder
The rear fan-mode switch selects fan-on or fan-stop behaviour for low loads. A removable magnetic dust filter provides cleaning access. After 360 hours of fan operation, an internal LED turns red to recommend cleaning; it is a maintenance reminder rather than a dust sensor.
Seat power connectors before use
The dual-colour 12V-2×6 connector helps show whether the plug is fully inserted. Use the cables intended for this exact PSU, seat every connection completely and provide suitable cable clearance. Select PSU capacity for the entire build rather than the graphics card alone.

EDGE Platinum V2 build questions
Is the USB 3.0 header used for USB 3.0 data speeds?
No. The official hub description specifies that the motherboard USB 3.0 header is used to carry USB 2.0 signals. Do not interpret the header type as a USB 3.0 transfer-speed claim.
Does every wattage include GPU-temperature monitoring?
No. The 1350W package includes EDGE Hub ADV with the temperature-sensing 12V-2×6 cable. The 1000W and 1200W packages include EDGE Hub V2; do not assign the ADV monitoring feature to those versions.
