📦 Orders & Payment
How do I place an order?
Pick your product, click Add to Cart, then go to checkout. Enter your delivery details, choose a payment method (COD, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, IBFT, Visa, Master), and confirm — you'll receive an email confirmation within a few minutes. Once your parcel is on its way, the courier partner will typically notify you by SMS or WhatsApp before they attempt delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, IBFT (bank transfer), Visa, and MasterCard. Paying online avoids the COD advance step and ships your order immediately.
Why do you ask for an advance payment on COD orders?
For COD orders we ask for a small partial advance of Rs 500–1,000 (varies by product and city) to confirm the order before dispatch. The reason: GameOn offers very competitive prices, and absorbing the return-shipping cost of failed-delivery COD attempts would force us to raise prices for everyone. The advance ensures the customer is genuine and available to receive the parcel, which lets us protect our pricing for all customers.
If you'd rather skip this step, pay 100% online at checkout and your order ships straight away.
Is there a maximum COD amount?
Yes — Rs 20,000 is the maximum COD amount our courier partners accept. For orders above Rs 20,000, please pay in full via IBFT, Visa, or MasterCard.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes — as long as your order has not yet been dispatched. Contact us as early as possible via WhatsApp or email with your order number.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Metro cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2–3 business days. Other major cities: 3–4 days. Other areas: 3–5 days. See the Shipping & Delivery page for the full table.
Do you deliver everywhere in Pakistan?
Yes — we deliver to every area served by our courier partners. If your area has historically had delivery issues, our team will contact you before dispatch.
Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Free shipping is offered through our regular promotions on selected products and brands — to never miss one, join our WhatsApp Channel for instant alerts.
The parcel looks damaged or opened — what should I do?
Do not accept it from the courier. Refuse the parcel at the door. The parcel will automatically return to us, and we'll file the damage claim with the courier on your behalf. We then ship you a fresh unit. If you accept a visibly damaged or opened parcel, damage-in-transit claims are no longer possible — please always check before accepting.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we deliver within Pakistan only. International shipping is on our roadmap; subscribe to our WhatsApp Channel to be notified when it launches.
↩️ Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns only when we shipped the wrong product. In that case, contact us immediately — we arrange courier pickup at our cost and ship the correct product at our cost.
We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Once a correct order is delivered intact, the sale is final.
My parcel arrived damaged in transit — what's the policy?
Refuse the parcel at the courier's hand and don't accept it. We will then claim the damage with the courier and ship you a fresh unit. If you've already accepted a visibly damaged parcel, damage-in-transit is no longer covered — neither by us nor by the brand warranty.
Why do you recommend an unboxing video?
For wrong-item or short-shipment claims, a continuous unboxing video (started before you break the seal) is your strongest evidence and lets us resolve the case fast. We do multi-stage quality checks before dispatch so this is rare — but the video protects you on the off chance it happens.
Are refunds offered for warranty claims?
Refunds are not the standard resolution for warranty claims — the brand provides repair or replacement. A refund is offered only when the brand confirms it cannot repair or replace the unit. See the Warranty page.

What warranty do products come with?
Each product carries its official manufacturer warranty:
- 6 Months Official: ATK · VXE · Madlions · Gamenote · Havit · Royal Kludge
- 10 Months Official: Logitech · Redragon
- Other brands: as listed on each product page
If a product page shows a shorter warranty under Additional Information, that shorter product-level figure wins. See the Warranty page for the full conditions.
How long does a warranty claim take?
The brand's processing time varies — typically 7 to 30 working days from when we forward the unit to their authorized service. We update you as soon as the brand responds.
Who pays the courier cost for a warranty claim?
The customer arranges and pays the courier to send the faulty unit to our service address. For the return leg, GameOn charges standard shipping to your city (same as a normal order). The only exception: if we shipped the wrong product, both legs are at our cost.
What invalidates warranty?
Electrical burns, opened screws / broken seals, modifications, unauthorized repair, physical damage, liquid damage, normal wear (e.g. mouse feet), and power-surge damage. Original box with intact serial labels is also mandatory. Full list on the Warranty page.
Do you cover products I bought from someone else?
No — we honour warranty only on products purchased directly from GameOn (gameon.pk or our team). Please contact the seller you purchased from.

Are your products original and authentic?
Yes — 100%. GameOn is an authorized partner for the brands we carry, and every product ships in its original retail packaging with the official manufacturer warranty.
Where can I find detailed product specifications?
On every product page, scroll to the Description and Additional Information tabs. We list specs verbatim from the manufacturer — if you receive an item that doesn't match, our spec-match guarantee covers full resolution at our cost.
Will the product come in its retail box?
Yes — sealed retail box with all original accessories and documentation. The original box and its serial labels are also required for any warranty claim — please keep them safe.
