Warranty
Every product sold directly by GameOn carries the brand's official manufacturer warranty. Coverage and turnaround depend on the brand — read this page in full before raising a claim.
Warranty eligibility — please read first
- Product must have been purchased directly from GameOn. We only honour warranty claims for orders placed on gameon.pk or with our team directly. Products bought from third-party sellers are not eligible.
- Original product box must be intact with all serial-number stickers and labels clearly readable. The serial on the product must match the serial on the box.
- All original accessories must be present.
- Customer must contact our Customer Services team to begin the claim — claims sent directly to the courier or to the brand cannot be tracked by us.
Warranty period by brand
✓ What's covered
- Manufacturing defects (faulty switches, dead sensors, broken cables, dead pixels).
- Hardware that stops working under normal use within the warranty period.
- Firmware or chipset failures not caused by user modification.
✕ What voids warranty / not covered
- Electrical burn marks on PCB, ports, or connectors.
- Opened screws, broken seals, or signs of being opened / repaired by anyone else.
- Modified or altered products (custom firmware, hardware mods, repainting, etc.).
- Physical damage caused by drops, impact, or pressure.
- Water, liquid, or moisture damage.
- Damage from unauthorized repair, modification, or third-party service.
- Normal wear-and-tear items (mouse feet / skates, cable insulation, keycap legends).
- Damage from power surges or incorrect voltage.
- Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect function.
- Original product box / serial labels missing or unreadable.
How a warranty claim works
Document the issue
Record a clear video or photos showing the defect. Keep the original box, serial label, accessories, and your order number ready.

Ship the unit to us
You arrange and pay the courier to send the faulty unit to our service address. Pack safely in the original box.
Brand assessment
We forward the unit to the brand's authorized service. Processing time varies by brand: 7 to 30 working days. Some brands repair (e.g. Redragon), most replace.
You receive the resolved unit
We ship the repaired or replacement unit to you. Standard outbound shipping charges apply (same as a normal order to your city).
Refunds against warranty claims
Refunds are not the standard resolution for warranty claims — the brand provides repair or replacement. A refund is offered only when the brand confirms it cannot repair or replace the unit (e.g. spare-part discontinuation). This is the manufacturer's policy across the industry, not GameOn-specific.
