Damaged or Wrong Product?

Our policy is short and weighted toward protecting you on delivery day. Please read carefully — a few simple habits at the courier's hand save everyone a lot of trouble later.

1. Do NOT accept a damaged or opened parcel

When the courier hands you the parcel, check the outer packaging first. If you see any of these signs:

  • Torn or punctured packaging
  • Visible dent, crush damage, or water marks
  • Tape that has been cut open and re-sealed
  • Missing or broken security seal
  • Any sign of tampering

Refuse the parcel at the courier's hand. The parcel will return to us automatically and we file the damage claim with the courier on your behalf — you face no loss and we ship a fresh unit.

Important: if you accept a visibly damaged or opened parcel, damage-in-transit claims are no longer possible — neither we nor the brand warranty cover damage that occurred before you opened it.

2. Always record an unboxing video

We strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video from the moment the parcel is in your hands. Start before breaking the seal, show all four sides of the outer box, then open it on camera and show every accessory. This single video is your evidence for any wrong-item or short-shipment claim, and it makes resolution fast and friction-free for both sides.

If we shipped you the wrong item — contact us immediately with your order number and a copy of your unboxing video.

  • We arrange courier pickup at our cost
  • Correct product shipped at our cost
  • No charge to you, no advance required

🛡️ Product develops a fault within warranty

This is a warranty case — handled separately on the Warranty page. In short:

  • Most brands provide replacement against an approved warranty claim.
  • Some brands (e.g. Redragon) provide repair.
  • Refunds against warranty are not standard — they apply only when the brand has no replacement or repair solution available.

Multi-stage quality control

Every order at GameOn goes through multiple quality and quantity checks before it leaves our facility — order picking → item-by-item verification → sealed packing → courier handoff. Wrong-shipment and short-shipment incidents are extremely rare, and we own them fully when they do happen.

Our spec-match guarantee

Every product listing on gameon.pk shows specifications taken verbatim from the manufacturer or our authorized distributor. If you receive an item that genuinely doesn't match a documented specification on its product page, we cover both the return courier AND the full resolution — no questions asked.

What is NOT eligible for return

  • Change of mind — once an order is delivered intact and matches what you ordered, the sale is final.
  • Damaged parcels that you accepted from the courier — these must be refused at the door (see rule 1 above).
  • Products with physical damage caused after delivery (drops, impact, pressure).
  • Products that have been used and are not faulty.
  • Products missing original packaging, accessories, free items, or serial labels.
