A 31.5-inch 4K workspace with built-in calibration.

The PA32UCE combines UHD IPS with ProArt hardware calibration and an embedded colorimeter supporting self-calibration. ASUS lists Calman Ready status, Delta E below 1 and 98% DCI-P3 coverage. These features support a managed workflow, with settings chosen for the intended output.

4K: 3840 × 2160
60Hz: Maximum refresh ceiling

HDR tools without confusing the panel type

DisplayHDR 600, HDR10 and HLG are listed. This remains an IPS display; those HDR capabilities do not make it an OLED model. Its published maximum is 60Hz, so the emphasis is on creative work rather than a high-refresh gaming target.

USB-C, KVM and a daisy-chain connection

Up to 96W USB-C power delivery supports compatible laptops. KVM sharing requires the relevant USB data links, and DisplayPort daisy chaining requires a compatible source and sufficient bandwidth. Confirm the complete setup before planning several displays from one connection.

Calibration and connection questions

Does self-calibration mean I never need to choose a colour target?

No. Calibration is meaningful relative to a target such as colour space, white point and luminance. Use a target appropriate to the work and follow ASUS’s calibration guidance.

Is this a 160Hz alternative to the PA27UCGE?

No. This 31.5-inch PA32UCE is specified at 60Hz. The separately named 27-inch PA27UCGE offers a 160Hz ceiling.
