    1. Screen size: the monitor must be within 13–32 inches, but size alone does not confirm compatibility.
    2. Monitor weight: confirm the weight of the display without its original stand or base. It must not exceed 9.5kg.
    3. VESA holes: the rear of the monitor must support 75×75mm or 100×100mm mounting. Recessed holes, curved housings or unusual screw requirements may need a suitable adapter, spacer or different screw length.
    4. Desk: confirm a 10–75mm thickness, a flat and accessible clamping area above and below the edge, and enough structural strength for the combined load.
    5. Clearance: allow room behind the desk and around the monitor for the arm, cables and intended movement.
    6. Curved or ultrawide screens: diagonal size and total weight do not account for centre of gravity. Confirm suitability before opening if your monitor has an unusually deep, curved or wide body.

    Desk material matters: glass, hollow-core, honeycomb, very thin, weak, damaged, rounded or heavily bevelled desktops may be unsuitable without manufacturer-approved reinforcement. Check with the desk manufacturer when uncertain.

    Assembly & Installation Notice

    This is a factory-packed, self-assembly product. Assembly and installation by GameOn are not included. Please follow the manufacturer guide supplied inside the box and use the correct hardware for your monitor.

    • Install the mount only on a stable, suitable desk and tighten all fasteners securely without overtightening.
    • Use a second person to support the monitor during installation when its size or weight makes handling difficult.
    • After mounting the monitor, adjust arm or tilt tension only as instructed in the manufacturer guide. Make small adjustments while supporting the screen.
    • Do not force joints or use the arm if any component appears damaged, incorrectly fitted or unstable.

    Will it fit every 32-inch monitor?
    No. The monitor must also weigh no more than 9.5kg without its stand and have a compatible 75×75mm or 100×100mm VESA pattern. Rear shape, VESA recess and centre of gravity can also affect compatibility.
    Is assembly or installation included?
    No. The HT-20 is supplied factory-packed for customer assembly and installation using the manufacturer guide included in the box.
    Can I install it on a glass or hollow desk?
    Do not assume compatibility. Such desktops can require specific reinforcement or may not be suitable for clamp-mounted loads. Obtain approval from the desk manufacturer before installation.
    What if the arm rises, drops or feels difficult to move?
    First confirm correct assembly and that the monitor is within the stated limits. With the monitor supported, adjust the relevant tension only in small increments and only as shown in the included manufacturer guide. Do not force the arm.
    Can I return it if it does not fit my monitor or desk?
    A correctly supplied and non-faulty opened product is not returnable for an incorrect compatibility choice. Check the six-point compatibility list above before opening the factory seal, and contact GameOn before purchase if you need help interpreting a specification.
