Mechanical Spring Adjustment
Each arm uses an adjustable mechanical spring mechanism to support compatible monitors and maintain the selected working position after the tension is correctly set for the screen weight.

Adjust the two monitors independently to create a side-by-side or task-focused layout. The available movement helps place screens at a practical viewing height and angle.

The A5C provides separate movement for each mounted monitor. The usable range in an installed setup can vary with monitor dimensions, cable length, desk position and clearance from walls or furniture.

Check Compatibility Before Ordering
Monitor size alone does not confirm compatibility. Check the following for both screens and the desk before purchase:
- Each monitor must measure 17–32 inches and weigh between 2kg and 9kg without its original stand or base.
- Each monitor must have a 75×75mm or 100×100mm VESA mounting pattern. Recessed mounting areas or unusual rear housings may require compatible spacers or different screw lengths.
- For C-clamp installation, the desk edge must be 20–80mm thick with a flat, accessible area above and below the desktop.
- Grommet installation requires a suitable desk hole and sufficient access underneath the desktop.
- The desk must be stable and structurally capable of supporting the arm and both monitors. Glass, hollow-core, honeycomb, weak or heavily bevelled desktops should only be used if the desk manufacturer confirms suitability.
- Allow enough space behind and around the desk for both arms, monitors and cables. Curved or ultrawide monitors may require additional clearance and compatibility checking because of their depth and centre of gravity.
Installation Notes
The NB A5C is supplied factory-packed for customer assembly and installation. Mounting hardware and the manufacturer installation manual are included; assembly or onsite installation by GameOn is not part of the product purchase.
- Follow the included manufacturer guide and choose the appropriate C-clamp or grommet method for the desk.
- Support each monitor securely during fitting and use a second person where its size or weight makes handling difficult.
- After attaching the monitors, set the mechanical spring tension separately for each arm using the correct adjustment tool and the directions marked in the manual.
- Adjust tension gradually while supporting the screen. Do not force an arm or continue using the mount if any part appears loose, damaged or incorrectly installed.
- Check mounting screws and desk fasteners periodically and keep sufficient cable slack for movement.
