• To ensure the high refresh rate (4K@60Hz, 1080P@240Hz), your 4K HDMI 2.0 cable input and output should be within 10FT/3m AWG30 HDMI standard cable. The input and passthrough resolution support 4K60Hz HDR
• This product does not support capturing or recording devices or video content with HDCP encryption like Blu-ray DVDs, TV sticks. PS4 and PS5 support this capture card when HDCP is turned off
• The resolution of the USB capture must be less than or equal to the HDMI input signal resolution, otherwise, it will prompt “Video format not supported”
